Tamooda Submission Guidelines
These guidelines are designed to ensure the contributors and editors communicate and collaborate proactively as we work together to provide the MENA region with consistent, reliable information.
♦ Ensure your pitch is original and innovative. Tamooda is an opinion-based publication, so don’t just write about the facts – we want your perspective
♦ We aim to get back to all contributors regarding their pieces in less than a week, but response times may vary
♦ Keep pieces between 800-1200 words.
♦ Tamooda references the AP style guidelines when editing. Please keep these in mind when writing.
♦ Source your work consistently. Any works with suspected plagiarism will be turned away.
♦ Proof your article thoroughly before submitting. Sloppy work will be turned away.
♦ Once your work is submitted and approved, it will be published on the Tamooda site in a timely manner. Payments will be processed upon publication.
